1. Nature of Goods & "As-Is" Sales

Barker's Liquidation sells retail overstock, department store returns, shelf pulls, and liquidation merchandise. Unless explicitly agreed in writing at the time of purchase, all items are sold "As-Is", without implied or expressed warranties from the store.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to deep liquidation discounts, all in-store sales are final. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect and verify items prior to completing their purchase and removing items from the premises.

3. Inventory Turnover & Availability

Items featured on social media or on this website are illustrative of current stock. Inventory moves quickly and specific models or items may sell out without prior notice.
